I ordered from lorenzouomo.com recently, the packaging kind of surprised me in a good way. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, but everything arrived looking really neat and clean, and the items were folded nicely instead of just being stuffed into a box. There wasn’t any damage, nothing felt rushed, and it actually seemed like someone took a little extra care with the order before sending it out. It was simple, but still had that classy, put-together feel that makes opening the package a bit more enjoyable. It’s a small thing, but it definitely made the whole experience feel better. I’d be happy to order from them again.

I ordered from lorenzouomo.com last week while I was kind of in a rush, so I was relieved the shipping moved faster than I expected. I got the tracking email the next day, and the package showed up about 3 days later.
Taking off one star because the tracking barely updated in between, so I kept checking and wasn’t really sure where it was for a bit. Still, it arrived quickly and everything was in good shape.

I expected a lot more for the price. Everything looked way nicer online than it did in person, and once I had the items in hand, the quality just didn’t feel anything special. The fit was only okay too. For what I paid, I was kind of like, give me a break, this feels overpriced. I probably wouldn’t order from lorenzouomo.com again

I’d say the fit was close to what I expected, just a little on the slim side. Still works for me, and I’m happy with it overall.

I ordered a shirt from Lorenzo Uomo and it looked fine, but the fit just wasn’t right on me, so I figured I’d exchange it.

The return instructions weren’t very clear, and I had to send a few emails before I actually got a useful answer. Shipping it back also felt like more of a chore than it needed to be.

The shirt itself was okay, but the whole return/exchange process could definitely be smoother. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was totally sure about the size.

The fabric feels nice and soft when you first put it on, but after wearing it for a while, it started to feel a little warm. It’s not bad by any means, I just thought it would be a bit more comfortable for the price

I’ve had this for a few months now and overall the quality is good. It’s still holding up fine, but the cuffs have started to look a bit worn. I did feel kind of dismissed when I mentioned it, like it wasn’t really worth addressing, which was frustrating. Still, the product itself has been decent

I ordered the blue one, but after waiting longer than I expected, a black one showed up instead. Frustrating, especially because I was looking forward to using it and now I have to deal with getting the right item.

I wasn’t really into the look of the site. The weird part is, some sections feel super busy while others are almost too plain, so the whole thing just doesn’t feel very put together. For a menswear brand, I expected something cleaner and easier to browse. It made me lose interest quickly.

The site was kind of frustrating to use. Pages took forever to load, and once I got to checkout, everything felt more confusing than it needed to be. It almost had that bait-and-switch feeling, like it seemed simple at first but got annoying once I was actually trying to finish my order.
